GENERAL TERMS

Prices are in USD.All illustrations require some form of reference imagery, text is not acceptable (unless I am creating a reference sheet for you.)I retain the right to turn down a commission for any reason.

WILL DRAW

-SFW, NSFW
-Blood/harm
-Furries, Scallies, Monsters, and almost any other creature anthro/quad
-All body types and gender expressions

WONT DRAW

-Robots/mech
-From text-only reference

PAYMENT

-I only accept payment through Artistree, Ko-Fi and Stripe.
-I will only start the artwork after I have received full payment.

REFUNDS

-Commissions will not be refunded once the sketch has been approved.
-Refunds are available on a case-by-case basis.
-Forcing a refund by chargeback or harassment will result in blacklisting.

REVISIONS

Any significant revision requests made AFTER you approve an initial sketch will incur a fee depending on the complexity of the change.Changes included but are not limited to:
-Pose, Outfit, and/or Hairstyle
-Major compositional rearrangement
-Lineart adjustments after flat colors have been finished.

COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY

-Commissions are for personal use only and may not be printed or otherwise used for profit unless discussed ahead of time
-Client may post their commission how ever they like, use for banners/icons etc. credit is appreciated but not required
-I retain the right to post or not post commissions at my discretion (not including private commissions). Commissions may be used in future advertisements/commission openings.
-You do not under any circumstance have the right to reuse, edit or sample for AI purposes, claim as your own, or otherwise redistribute my artwork without receiving permission.
